All consultations at our practice are by appointment only. To make an appointment to see a doctor or nurse please contact the surgery by telephone, in person during opening hours or alternatively (if you have registered for Patient Access or have the NHS app) online (currently only GP appointments are available to book online). The receptionist will offer you the earliest appointment available. You can also submit an online consultation for NON URGENT queries only. If you need an urgent or emergency appointment please let the receptionist know when first contacting them, giving details of your problem. This will enable us to prioritise urgent problems and suggest other alternatives if more appropriate. We have other healthcare professionals working in the practice who may be the more appropriate clinician for you to see for your problem.
Extended Hours Appointments
Pre-bookable evening and weekend appointments are available at 3 Coventry locations. You can see a GP, nurse, paramedic or clinical pharmacist. Please contact reception to book an appointment.
Cancelling or changing an appointment
If you can not make your appointment let us know as soon as you can so another patient can book the appointment time. You can cancel or change your appointment:
If you need help when we are closed

Home Visits
Please ring before 10.30am as the earlier we receive your call, the more likely we will be able to ensure you are seen as quickly as possible. Home visits are only available for housebound patients. Housebound patients are those who are deemed unable to leave their home environment through a physical or psychological illness. A patient is not considered housebound if he or she is able to leave their house with minimal assistance or support. We will not carry out home visits for non-housebound patients.
