To order your repeat prescription, please use one of the following:
- Your NHS account - On the NHS Website or in the NHS app.
- Your Patient Access account - on the Patient Access website or in the Patient Access app.
- Your Repeat Request Slip. Please bring to surgery and place in the Prescription Ordering Box in the waiting room or post it to us. This will be sent directly to your nominated pharmacy within 48 working hours of ordering.
Nominating a pharmacy
You will need to choose a pharmacy to collect your prescription from. We call this nominating a pharmacy.
You can change your nominated pharmacy at any time by contacting the practice.
Questions about your prescription
If you have questions about your medicine or your prescription please contact the surgery.
Your local pharmacists can also answer any questions about your prescription. They can answer questions on medicines you can buy without a prescription.

Find a pharmacy near to you
Many pharmacies are open until late and at the weekends and have a private room where you can discuss any issues with a member of the pharmacy team. You do not need an appointment to see a pharmacist.
Pharmacy First Service
Pharmacy First is a service that allows trained community pharmacists to advise on the following 7 minor medical conditions and prescribe medication if appropriate.
- Sinusitis - Aged 12 years and over
- Sore Throat - Aged 5 years and over
- Earache - Aged 1 to 17 years old
- Infected Insect Bites - Aged 1 year and over
- Impetigo - Aged 1 year and over
- Shingles - Aged 18 years and over
- Uncomplicated Urine Infections - Women aged 16 - 64 years old
