If you are travelling abroad and require vaccinations, please ask us for a travel vaccination questionnaire. You will need to complete this and leave it with our nurse to check what vaccinations you will need for the destination you are travelling to.
Some courses of vaccinations take two or three months to complete so please take this into consideration when planning your journey.
Some vaccines may not be available on the NHS. A private fee will be incurred for this.
You will be advised what vaccines are recommended and what vaccines will need to be done privately.
